Privacy Policy

GrowLinks is operated by Growmerce.ai and helps teams manage link-building outreach workflows, including prospect imports, contact discovery, outreach drafting, email sending, reply syncing, and negotiation tracking.

We may collect the following information when you use GrowLinks:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, organization, and authentication identifiers.
• Workspace data you provide, such as uploaded prospect lists, domains, contact records, campaign settings, outreach rules, and partner records.
• Email sending identity information, including sender addresses, signatures, verification status, and connected Gmail account metadata.
• Email content and metadata needed to provide the service, such as sent messages, received replies, thread identifiers, recipients, subjects, timestamps, and delivery metadata.
• Usage and diagnostic information, such as app events, errors, logs, and performance data used to operate and improve the service.

If you connect a Gmail account, GrowLinks requests the following OAuth scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — to send outreach emails on your behalf from your connected Gmail address.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — to read incoming Gmail messages so the app can detect replies to outreach, ingest them into the conversation thread, and surface them in your dashboard.

GrowLinks uses Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features (sending outreach, syncing replies, matching threads, generating AI-assisted reply drafts, and surfacing conversation timelines).

Limited Use commitments:

• GrowLinks does not sell Google user data.
• GrowLinks does not use Google user data for advertising, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
• GrowLinks does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. Reply drafts generated by large language models are produced inline for the specific user's thread context and are not used to train models.
• GrowLinks does not allow humans to read Google user data except: (a) with your explicit consent for specific messages, (b) when necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) for aggregated and anonymized internal operations where the data has been de-identified.
• GrowLinks does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale where the recipient is bound by equivalent privacy protections.

GrowLinks' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We recommend that you do not connect a personal Gmail account to GrowLinks. Use an outreach-specific Gmail account, a work-approved sender account, or create a new Gmail account specifically for GrowLinks outreach activity.

We use information to:

• Authenticate users and provide access to the correct workspace.
• Import, enrich, filter, and manage outreach prospects.
• Send emails, sync replies, display conversation history, and support automation workflows.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, and monitor service reliability.
• Improve product functionality and user experience.

GrowLinks uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. Gmail OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before they are stored. Access to workspace data is scoped by the authenticated user and organization context.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

We do not sell user data. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate GrowLinks, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email delivery, queueing, and infrastructure providers. These providers are used to deliver the service and are not authorized by us to use the data for unrelated purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse of the service.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide GrowLinks, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

Disconnecting a Gmail account: You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Outreach Settings page in the app. When you disconnect, GrowLinks immediately stops syncing data from that account, the OAuth refresh token is revoked with Google, and the encrypted access and refresh tokens are deleted from our database.

Account deletion: To delete your account and all associated workspace data (including Gmail-derived conversation records), email support@growlinks.ai from the address associated with your account. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving a verified request, except where retention is required to comply with applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GrowLinks complies with applicable laws, email platform rules, anti-spam requirements, and your organization's policies.
