GrowLinks is operated by Growmerce.ai and provides tools for prospecting, outreach management, email sending, reply syncing, and negotiation workflow automation. You may use GrowLinks only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, controlling access to your workspace, and ensuring that all activity under your account is authorized.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data, contacts, email content, campaign settings, and instructions you provide to GrowLinks.

If you connect a Gmail account, you authorize GrowLinks to:

• Send email on your behalf via the gmail.send scope.
• Read incoming Gmail messages via the gmail.readonly scope, solely to sync outreach replies and related thread activity into the GrowLinks dashboard.

GrowLinks' use of Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We recommend that you do not use a personal Gmail account with GrowLinks. Use an outreach-specific Gmail account, a work-approved sender account, or create a new Gmail account specifically for GrowLinks outreach activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that connected email accounts are used with proper authorization and in compliance with Google's policies, email provider rules, anti-spam laws, and your organization's requirements.

You agree not to use GrowLinks to:

• Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or harmful messages.
• Violate anti-spam, privacy, consumer protection, or email platform rules.
• Upload or process data that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, account restrictions, or provider policies.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of GrowLinks or third-party services.

GrowLinks may help draft, schedule, classify, or automate parts of an outreach workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, configuring guardrails, and deciding whether messages should be sent.

AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific recipient or situation. You should review important communications before sending them.

GrowLinks integrates with third-party services such as authentication providers, email providers, Google APIs, analytics, hosting, queueing, and infrastructure platforms. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of GrowLinks as the product changes. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GrowLinks after an update means you accept the updated terms.

GrowLinks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowLinks and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or email account restrictions arising from your use of the service.
